Virginia’s genuine curiosity of the body-mind-spirit connection, and natural attraction to eastern philosophy drew her to yoga at an early age; the practice became a medium for self-discovery and healing. Ever since, Virginia has been a committed practitioner and advocate of this ancient discipline as a tool for general wellbeing and spiritual connection. Virginia has immersed herself in the study of yoga for the past decade, completing trainings in Hatha Yoga, Skanda Yoga and Universal Yoga as well as Thai Massage. As an instructor, Virginia encourages the practice to be an opportunity for self-inquiry and soul attunement. In her classes she strives to project a soft yet challenging energy that allows for the creation of an environment suitable for practitioners’ learning, transformation and growth.
