Gloria found Yoga in Miami in the summer of 2010. She quickly enrolled in a teacher training program completing her first 200 hours.
After practicing committedly Power Vinyasa for three years she found Skanda Yoga through a fellow Yogini. She fell in love with Skanda Yoga because it challenged her and created a connection to the asanas with the breath. On April 2014 she completed her second teacher training with Skanda Yoga 200 hours.
In the end of 2014 she was pregnant and added Kundalini prenatal yoga to her Skanda practice. Her pregnancy didn’t stop her from taking the Skanda 300 hours teacher training. Since then she fell a deep connection to Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She loves to share Yoga and her classes are a mixture of strength and relaxation.
