Claudia was very attracted to yoga but coming from a small city, Cartagena, Colombia, there was no yoga around. In her twenties she found a group that practiced Kundalini yoga and joined for a while but missed more physical movement. Then she started home practice with videos, and took private classes.
In her early thirties she moved to Miami and went to a yoga studio for the first time and fell in love with yoga even more. After trying around she went to her first Skanda Yoga class where she still practice and teach today. She has been practicing with Anand and Sadhana Shakti for a couple of years and in 2016 took the teacher training with them.
Claudia is really passionate about yoga. She feels clear and calm, healthier and stronger when practicing it. She also feels grateful to be part of the Skanda family (and we are so happy to finally having you teaching!)
Her classes would be challenging, motivating students to go a little further. They will be focused in proper techniques and alignment without forgetting to having fun and enjoy the practice!
