This one-month immersion (4 weekends) is for you! This program is designed to cover all the fundamental basics while going into in-depth techniques and methodology utilized in Skanda Yoga classes. It is perfect for beginners or for those that want to deepen their practice but don’t have the time to do a full teacher training. You will learn about alignment, Skanda philosophy, conscious breathwork, and meditation directly from two of our Skanda Yoga teachers!

- Intro to Skanda Yoga
- Philosophy and mythology
- Pranayama, meditation, mudra, chakras.
- Sun Salutations (technique and alignment)
- Standing poses
- Mayan calendar (moon-solar calendar)
